Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, for an Event and Program Officer. The officer will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing events and programs aligned with BSREA's mission to promote renewable energy. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, managing event logistics, ensuring effective communication, and adhering to allocated budgets. Additionally, the role involves fostering relationships with partners, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the planning and execution of community outreach programs.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Event Planning and Event Management
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
  • Experience with Budgeting and financial oversight for events or programs
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively with teams
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in renewable energy or non-profit sectors is an advantage
  • Proficient in using relevant event and project management tools
