Role Description

This is a contract-based remote opportunity for a Client Hunt professional. The role involves identifying and engaging with potential clients, fostering strong relationships, and understanding client needs to deliver tailored solutions. Responsibilities include reaching out to prospective clients, managing client interactions, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving customer satisfaction through continuous engagement and support.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage and present solutions to clients
  • Proven experience or ability in customer service, satisfaction, and ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Previous experience in client acquisition or business development is a plus
  • Knowledge of the IT industry and familiarity with digital solutions is a strong advantage
