Responsibilities & Context

  • Implement the preventive maintenance based on PM schedule of Injection & Blow molding machine.

  • Coordinate with production & QC team to complete the machine's adjustment related task.

  • Maintain the machine check list as per standard.

  • Checking the fire protection equipment's to ensure it is effective when needed.

  • Attend the workshop related works inside and outside of the factory.

  • Maintain the corrective maintenance of all machine of factory.

  • Attend and resolve the breakdown and reduce the breakdown time.

  • Should have knowledge about PLC, HMI, automation, hydraulics operation of Blow molding & Injection molding machine.

  • Able to do the maintenance work on Injection molding, blow molding, crasher, chiller, air compressor, Generator, Cooling tower etc machine.

  • Should have clear knowledge about plastic Injection & Blow molding machine operation.

  • Should have knowledge about substation equipment's – PFI, Transformer, LT, Switchgear and others equipment's.

  • Report to concern manager for completing the maintenance related works on time.

  • Any other task assigns by management.
