We're Hiring: Remote Video Editors (2 Positions)

Motion Blur is a fast-growing content agency working with creators and businesses across different industries, and now we are looking for two talented, growth-minded editors to join our team full-time.

Compensation:
18,000 BDT

Work Schedule: 6 days/week (Friday off)

Work time:
10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Working Days: Saturday to Thursday

Probation Period:
1 Month

What We're Looking For:

  1. Strong professional experience with
    Adobe Premiere Pro
    &
    After Effects
    .

  2. Previous editing experience with faceless, talking heads, documentaries, gaming, reels, podcasts, etc. (Expertise in at least 2–3 of these is fine).

  3. Ability to follow instructions carefully and meet deadlines.

  4. Comfortable working and collaborating in a remote team.

  5. Good communication skills and willingness to keep learning.

  6. Strong sense of time management and accountability.

  7. Critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to managing challenges.

  8. Ability to maintain performance even under pressure.
