Executive - Marketing & Sales
Job Description / Responsibility
- Sell residential and commercial land/plots as per company policy
- Achieve monthly and yearly land sales targets
- Generate leads through field visits, site marketing, calls, and referrals
- Conduct site visits and land inspections with prospective clients
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and legal documents to customers
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow up with interested buyers and close sales deals
- Coordinate with the legal, documentation, and accounts teams for smooth sales processing
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management
- Monitor market trends and competitor land project
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Background in Business/Marketing will be an advantage
- Skills Required: Sales & Marketing, Real Estate Marketing, Real Estate, Land Management, Real Estate Sales
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 4 year(s)
