Job Description / Responsibility

• Oversee the overall administrative operations of the school and madrasah.
• Coordinate between teachers, staff and students effectively.
• Prepare and implement academic calendars and class schedules.
• Manage student admissions and maintain proper student databases.
• Maintain professional communication with parents and arrange parent meetings.
• Budget planning, expense tracking, and reporting.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience using School Management So Mandatory.

Educational Requirements

• Masters
• Bachelor's and Master's Degree from any recognized university.
• Skills Required: Teaching/ Training, TOT (Training of Teachers), Accounting Software, Time Management, Software Maintenance, Team management, Problem solving and decision making, Teaching English Language, School or Madrasha teacher

Experience Requirements

• At least 7 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• College, School, Kindergarten

Additional Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of proven experience in school administration or educational management.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in both Bangla and English.
• Must have a mindset to work in an Islamic environment.
