Job Purpose
: The role is responsible for ensuring effective execution of Microfinance campaigns, pilots, and onboarding initiatives through robust planning and practical implementation. The role focuses on maintaining BRAC Microfinance standards by enabling the successful scaling of projects, ensuring quality monitoring, accurate data collection, and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and organise onboarding sessions for Microfinance staff, including scheduling, venue arrangement, participant list, training materials, and equipment.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of approximately 2,500 staff from Dabi, Progoti, and Accounts teams at Branch, Area, and regional levels as per campaign and pilot requirements.
- Provide operational support for executing campaigns, pilots, surveys, and emergent tasks across Microfinance programme's (Dabi & Progoti) in coordination with field operations teams.
- Monitor staff and client awareness quality during campaigns and pilots using standardised tools and guidelines.
- Conduct monthly field visits to review campaign progress, product and process implementation, and address operational challenges.
- Collect, compile, and analyse survey data and campaign progress reports at regional level and prepare summary reports for Manager, BDU and Head Office team.
- Provide actionable feedback to field operations based on data analysis to improve project execution and staff capacity.
Safeguarding Responsibility:
- Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
- Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
- Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Job Requirements:
- Understanding of Microfinance products, processes, and operational compliance with ability to conduct field visits, proactively resolve operational issues to improve processes.
- Proven capacity to plan and execute campaigns, pilots, and multiple projects under pressure and changing circumstances.
- Skilled in data analysis, survey data compilation, reporting, trend identification, and generating actionable insights with high accuracy.
- Ability to organize onboarding sessions, guide teams, and work effectively with field operations and diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of tools and methodologies for assessing awareness, quality, and overall performance improvement.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for reporting, engagement, and coordination across teams.
- This position is open for Bangladeshi nationals only.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's/ Master's in any discipline from any recognised university/institution.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of working experience. Candidates with managerial role experience will be given preference.
