What You'll Do:

  • Edit
    audio & video podcasts
  • Create videos & reels
    for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram
  • Produce
    highlights, promos & short-form content
    from raw footage
  • Add
    subtitles, color correction, graphics & music
  • Finalize content following brand guidelines

What We're Looking For:

  • Skilled in
    Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, or DaVinci Resolve
  • Strong podcast/audio editing
    expertise
  • Ability to edit in
    Bangla & English
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Own editing-capable laptop
  • Ability to work with deadlines

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Motion graphics or animated video creation
  • Understanding of
    YouTube/Social Media algorithms & formats
  • Quick, innovative & creative editing style
