Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dhaka for a Tele Sales Executive. The selected candidate will engage with prospective and existing clients over phone calls, present and promote products or services, and generate leads. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a professional rapport with customers, addressing inquiries effectively, following up with prospective clients, and meeting assigned sales targets. The Tele Sales Executive will also collaborate with the sales team to align strategies and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build positive customer relationships.
  • Sales-driven mindset, with previous experience or strong knowledge in telemarketing or sales techniques.
  • Proficiency in using communication tools, CRM systems, and other sales software platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities, along with an aptitude for active listening.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a target-oriented environment and meet assigned goals.
  • Fluency in English and other relevant languages is a plus.
  • Prior sales or telecommunication experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Working Hour :

Working Hours: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Night Shift)
