Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Outlet Incharge at Inncon Pharma located in Comilla Cantonment. The Outlet Incharge will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring inventory levels are maintained, coordinating with supply chains, managing staff, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring adherence to company policies. Additionally, the Outlet Incharge will monitor sales performance, set targets for the team, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing daily operations and staff coordination
• Inventory management and supply chain coordination skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Sales performance monitoring and target setting experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and handle operational challenges on-site
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
