As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our
Compliance and Visa Team
and seeking
five experienced Senior Executives
who are passionate, detail-oriented, and deeply knowledgeable about international education compliance and visa processing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and assess student applications to ensure compliance with institutional and visa requirements.
  • Conduct detailed verification of academic, financial, and employment documents to maintain integrity and authenticity.
  • Prepare and review
    GTE (Genuine Temporary Entrant)
    statements and financial documentation in line with visa standards.
  • Liaise with partner universities, colleges, and admission offices to ensure accurate and timely submissions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of
    Australian, UK, Canadian, and New Zealand visa regulations
    .
  • Support counsellors and admissions teams with compliance guidance and documentation.
  • Ensure that every application meets
    high-quality and compliance standards
    prior to submission.
  • Maintain accurate records, checklists, and databases for monitoring and audit purposes.
  • Assist management in developing and implementing improved compliance processes and team training.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Education, or related field).
  • Minimum
    2–3 years of experience
    in student visa processing, compliance, or international education.
  • Strong knowledge of
    Australian visa compliance
    (experience with other destinations is a plus).
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to handle multiple cases efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and document management tools.
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
