Creative Designer (AI)

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Develop high-quality visual concepts, illustrations, social media creatives, marketing assets, and campaign visuals using leading AI design platforms.
  • Engineer effective prompts across multiple AI systems to achieve consistent, brand-aligned outputs.
  • Refine, regenerate, and enhance AI-generated assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
  • Build creative variations, mood boards, design directions, and templates for rapid content production.
  • Maintain brand guidelines while exploring new creative ideas and experimental concepts.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to understand project goals and produce designs that elevate engagement.
  • Stay updated on AI design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our creative output.

Educational Requirements

  • Skills Required: Adobe After Effects, Digital art, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe creative Suite, Artificial intelligence (AI), Canva Pro

Experience Requirements

  • 2 to 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Advertising Agency, Software Company, IT Enabled Service, Web Media/Blog, E-commerce

Additional Requirements

  • Age 20 to 32 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Proven experience as a Creative Designer, Digital Designer, or AI-driven Visual Creator.
  • Strong knowledge of AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Firefly, Stable Diffusion, RunwayML, etc.).
  • Strong capability in prompt engineering: understanding how to craft, refine, and iterate prompts for optimal design results.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant applications.
  • Ability to merge AI-generated concepts with manual design enhancements for polished, production-ready outputs.
  • A portfolio showcasing AI-generated work as well as Adobe-edited or fully designed assets.
  • Creativity, strong visual judgment, and the ability to adapt design styles quickly based on project needs.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
