Senior Counselor (Study Abroad)

Job Description / Responsibility

• Provide expert counselling based on students' academic backgrounds, career goals, financial capacity, and visa eligibility.
• Achieve monthly counselling, application, and enrolment targets as set by the management team.
• Communicate with students regularly via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings to ensure smooth progress throughout each application stage.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Australian immigration policies, university requirements, scholarship opportunities, and application deadlines.
• Participate in education fairs, seminars, workshops, and promotional activities to support brand visibility and student engagement.
• Guide students through the complete process of applying to universities in Australia, including course selection, eligibility assessment, application submission, and document preparation.
• Assist students in preparing all necessary documents, including GTE statements, SOPs, financial evidence, academic documents, English test scores, and other visa-related papers.
• Maintain accurate records of student profiles, application statuses, and communication logs using CRM tools or internal tracking systems.

• [North South University, Bangladesh University of Professionals, BRAC University, Independent University, Bangladesh, American International University Bangladesh ]students will get preference

Experience Requirements

• 3 to 4 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• Consulting Firms,Immigration and Education Consultancy Service

Additional Requirements

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in student counselling with proven Australian student visa success.
• Must have a strong understanding of GS, GTE/SOP and Australian visa requirements.
• Should have strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
