Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Reception cum Counsellor based in Uttara. Responsibilities include managing front desk operations, handling incoming calls, and assisting visitors promptly and courteously. The individual will also provide initial guidance to students, answer inquiries about available programs, and support administrative tasks as needed. Emphasis is placed on creating a welcoming environment and fostering clear communication between students, clients, and staff.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
• Clerical Skills and general administrative capabilities
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Professional demeanor and ability to interact with diverse individuals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and organizational tools is a plus
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively
• Experience in the education or counseling industry is advantageous
