YouthBees aims to unite creative minds and empower youth by equipping them with the knowledge and skills to contribute as a productive and competent workforce.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Campus Representative at YouthBees. The Campus Representative will engage in promoting YouthBees' mission and initiatives within their local campus, build interest around courses and events, and actively participate in outreach efforts. Typical activities include networking with students and faculty, sharing resources, organizing on-campus events, representing YouthBees at different forums, gathering feedback, and communicating updates regarding e-learning opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and presentation skills to foster engagement and effectively convey ideas within the campus community.
  • Event planning skills, including the ability to organize and execute events and activities successfully.
  • Proficiency in sales and networking, with the ability to promote YouthBees' offerings and attract new members.
  • Experience in building relationships and collaborating with students, faculty, and external partners.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with excellent time management and organizational skills to work remotely and independently.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and creativity; familiarity with e-learning platforms is a plus.
  • Currently enrolled as a student in a recognized institution in Bangladesh or relevant experience in campus representation roles.
