The Role

We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Motion Graphics Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for detail, a deep understanding of animation principles, and a passion for visual storytelling. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-quality motion graphics for a diverse range of projects, including commercials, brand videos, social media content, and live event visuals.

This role requires you to collaborate closely with our creative directors, producers, and video editors to bring ambitious concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and create engaging 2D motion graphics and animations from concept to final delivery.
• Design high-quality static visuals (e.g., key visuals, social media posts, digital banners, style frames, presentation assets) that align with our brand and client needs.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce TVCs, OVCs, Audio Visuals, and other video productions.
• Animate text, logos, and graphics for various media platforms.
• Integrate motion graphics and visual effects seamlessly with live-action footage.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest motion design trends, software, and techniques to keep POPUP's work fresh and innovative.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A strong and diverse portfolio/showreel

• Proven professional experience as a Motion Graphics Designer (
  3-5 years preferred
  ).
• Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, especially
  After Effects
  ,
  Illustrator
  ,
  Photoshop
  .
• Experience with
  3D software
  (Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.) is a significant plus.
• A solid understanding of animation
  principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Basic knowledge of
  VFX compositing
  (e.g., screen replacement, motion tracking, keying).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate creative ideas.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and deadline-driven environment.
• Experience in a production house or advertising agency.
• Knowledge of AI-powered creative tools and their application in a production workflow.
