Deputy Assistant Manager / Area Manager
who will serve as a key field leader—bridging the Operations Team and security personnel—ensuring disciplined deployments, quality supervision, strong client communication, and continuous improvement of training and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, recruit, and arrange the required number of security guards and supervisors based on project requirements
  • Select, deploy, and monitor guards at sites to ensure compliance with post orders and company policies
  • Conduct regular training for new and existing guards; implement and improve on-job training modules
  • Perform regular day/night inspections of duty posts and prepare inspection reports with findings and corrective actions
  • Follow up on project performance, gather client feedback, and ensure smooth security operations and service quality
  • Carry out inquiries/investigations for incidents; recommend and execute disciplinary actions based on findings
  • Motivate, counsel, and manage rosters/shifts for teams working round the clock as per operational demand
  • Arrange special rosters and monitoring during long holidays and festival periods
  • Participate in weekly coordination meetings with management and office teams; ensure action items are implemented
  • Support business expansion by contributing to operational planning, recruitment pipeline, and client engagement
  • Communicate professionally with clients in Bangla and English, including explaining contracts, work orders, and service policies
  • Conduct security surveys at various industries/locations (including vulnerable/key installations) and recommend manpower, security arrangements, and proactive measures
  • Any other tasks assigned by management

Educational Requirements

  • Skills Required: Security, Security Management, Security Supervisor, Safety and Security Management, Security and Protection

Experience Requirements

  • At least 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Security Service
