Seative Digital is looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Growth Manager to join our team. If you love content, trends, and connecting with audiences, this role is for you

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗼:

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn

• Manage company pages, reply to inbox messages, and build community engagement

• Work with designers/writers to develop creative campaigns

• Track performance through insights/analytics and suggest improvements

• Stay updated on social media trends, hashtags, and new tools

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿:

• 1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing

• Strong writing skills and creativity in content creation

• Familiarity with Canva/Photoshop, Dribbble, Behance and social media scheduling tools

•  knowledge of analytics (Facebook Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.)

• Organized, consistent, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines

• Full Time Job

• Working Days: 5 Days (Weekend- Friday, Saturday)

• Salary: Upto 25,000 BDT (Based on Experience)
