Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a UK & Europe Counsellor based in Dhaka, with flexibility for some remote work. The UK & Europe Counsellor will assist clients with understanding visa requirements, preparing applications, and navigating the migration process. Responsibilities include providing guidance on study, work, and settlement opportunities in the UK and Europe, managing client cases, staying up-to-date with visa regulations, maintaining communication with clients, and ensuring high-quality support throughout the application journey.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of visa application processes, migration policies, and study or work opportunities in the UK and Europe
  • Exceptional communication and counseling skills to assist clients in making informed decisions
  • Ability to conduct thorough research and provide accurate, up-to-date information
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple client cases efficiently
  • Proficiency with digital tools to manage documentation and communicate with clients virtually
  • Previous experience working in a related role or in the immigration consultancy field is an asset
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as International Relations, Communications, or Business Administration
  • A positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a client-focused approach
