Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) in Education
- Master of Education (M.Ed) in Education
- Any relevant professional certification and/or training shall be an added advantage

Additional Requirements:
- Provided support in any case study management or research-based responsibilities are preferred.
- Any education related facilitation or trainings conducted are preferred.
Core/Principal Responsibilities:
Key Result - 1 Technical Support and Leadership
- Serve as a field focal for the Let's Learn to Read (LLR) project and provide support in identifying capacity gaps, coordinating training, and implementing an overall project in the field.
- Organize and support capacity-building activities in Productive Learning, and provide post-training support/mentorship to Area Program Managers, volunteers, and development facilitators.
- Provide technical support to the Field and Country office staff in close ties with the education program areas for annual operational planning and system mapping processes.
- Supporting to provide technical guidance as required for developing localized content and resources for adaptation.
- Support the Area Program Manager and Productive Learning Specialist in reviewing the school curriculum, organizing instructional materials for training, and supporting the flourishing areas in performance tracking, planning, monitoring, and reporting.
- Monitor and report progress of productive learning initiatives through field visits and feedback sessions from the teachers/staff, and development of the relevant content.
- Ensure quality classroom application of Let's Learn to Read (LLR) strategies through follow-up, mentoring, and facilitating.
- Incorporate an integrative approach linking other flourishing areas: behavior change, adult learning, and youth-friendly approaches into the productive learning pathway during implementation.
- Frequent travel to the field for observing, overseeing the technical and quality aspects of the responsibilities, to monitor the use of contextualized program materials and professional learning tools, and systematically gather feedback, success stories, and lessons learned from implementation.
- Document and synthesize field-level insights on the effectiveness, relevance, and usability of adapted education content and training materials, and share actionable recommendations (with the Education Technical Specialist). Capture and share best practices, case studies, and lessons learned from LLR implementation.
- S/He will provide additional technical support to the primary school teachers and other stakeholders for the proper implementation of the project.
- Prepare a monthly/quarterly plan and record by collecting, reviewing, verifying, and updating the data related to LLR and PL activities.
- Utilize the monitoring tools in collaboration with MERL to ensure the quality of implementation of Productive Learning initiatives at AP level.
- Management, monitoring, and delivery of results for the products of Productive Learning
- Carry out other activities as may be required to fulfill the objectives of the organization
Key Result - 2 Strategic Partnership Development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local education actors, including schools, NGOs, and government agencies.
- Assist in collaboration with partners to identify opportunities for joint initiatives, resource sharing, and capacity building.
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to develop and implement integrated strategies that support community resilience through productive learning.
- Foster an environment that encourages individuals to realize and harness their unique abilities/unlock their potential.
- Mobilize shareholders, encouraging active participation and ownership of initiatives that enhance their well-being, development, and education system transformation.
Key Result - 3 Networking and Communication
- Closely coordinate with the local Upazila Education Office and primary schools for smooth and successful program implementation.
- Communication with local government, local leaders, family members, school teachers, and like-minded organizations.
- Networking and partnership building with the related stakeholders, participants, and shareholders
- Provide support and collaborate with the AP Manager, Program Coordinator, and community to identify and understand systemic challenges and opportunities for change.
Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor(s).
