Akij Venture Group is looking for a dynamic Strategic/Campaign Planner to join our Digital Marketing unit. This is your chance to take ownership of campaigns from concept to execution for one of Bangladesh`s most renowned conglomerates.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive brand strategies, campaign concepts, and creative briefs that align with business objectives.
- Act as the project lead, taking full ownership of campaigns from initial strategy through to final execution.
- Conduct in-depth market research, audience analysis, and competitor benchmarking to generate actionable insights.
- Plan and execute innovative campaigns utilizing video, digital content, storytelling, and experiential marketing.
- Collaborate with creative, media, and client service teams to ensure consistent and effective communication.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics; provide insights and data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Create and deliver powerful, visually compelling presentations for internal stakeholders, clients, and new business pitches.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer behavior, and cultural shifts to inject fresh, innovative ideas into every project.
- Research and document campaign best practices to continuously improve strategic effectiveness.
About The Job
- Experience: 1 to 5 years
- Education: Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS), Bachelor`s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
