About the Role

Aquinai Home Healthcare Inc. is seeking a
dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT)
to join our growing home health team You'll play a key role in helping patients regain mobility, strength, and independence — all from the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and design individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver hands-on therapy to improve mobility, balance, and overall function
  • Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility techniques, and safety practices
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes for each visit
  • Collaborate closely with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals

Qualifications

  • Active
    Physical Therapist (PT) license
    in the State of Texas
  • Bachelor's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (from an accredited program)
  • 1+ year
    of experience in home health, rehabilitation, or related setting (preferred)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and patient care skills
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Current
    CPR/BLS certification
