About the Role
Aquinai Home Healthcare Inc. is seeking a
dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT)
to join our growing home health team You'll play a key role in helping patients regain mobility, strength, and independence — all from the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and design individualized treatment plans
- Deliver hands-on therapy to improve mobility, balance, and overall function
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility techniques, and safety practices
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes for each visit
- Collaborate closely with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
Qualifications
- Active
Physical Therapist (PT) license
in the State of Texas - Bachelor's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (from an accredited program)
- 1+ year
of experience in home health, rehabilitation, or related setting (preferred) - Excellent communication, organization, and patient care skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Current
CPR/BLS certification
