Position:

Assistant Manager / Sr. Executive/ Executive, Marketing & Sales

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as Key Account Manager for assigned clients, ensuring strong business relationships.

Conduct business and market analysis on a periodic basis.

Engage with clients proactively to drive sales and revenue growth.

Take initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Support the Revenue Assurance Department to ensure sustainable business performance.

Gather and analyze market intelligence from multiple sources.

Prepare periodic reports and business updates for management.

Draft and prepare legal documents related to business operations.

Contribute to the innovation of service-related products.

Develop business forecasts and marketing plans in alignment with company objectives.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in BBA, CSE, or EEE from a UGC-approved university.

Experience Requirements:

0–5 years of experience in service industries, preferably with exposure to NTTN, IIG, and ISP sectors.

Full-time position

Based in Dhaka
