Responsibilities & Context

  • Supervise, Manage, and motivate the telesales team to achieve sales goals.
  • Assign daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to team members.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions.
  • Ensure team members follow the company's sales process and communication standards.
  • Develop and implement telesales strategies to increase customer acquisition and revenue.
  • Track and analyze key sales metrics, including lead conversion rates and call performance reports.
  • Ensure the timely follow-up of all leads and maintain the lead pipeline.
  • Create scripts, sales pitches, and promotional offers to improve customer engagement.
  • Train new joiners and existing team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and communication skills.
  • Identify performance gaps and conduct refresher training sessions. Customer Relationship Management
  • Ensure customer queries are handled professionally and promptly.
  • Implement quality checks to maintain high call standards and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage escalated customer issues and provide solutions effectively. Compliance & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate sales records, performance reports, and MIS data.
  • Ensure the team adheres to company policies, compliance regulations, and ethical sales practices.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.
