Job Description / Responsibility

Full-time

Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused professionals to join our Customer Service team as Senior Executives. The ideal candidates will represent the company in providing excellent service, handling inquiries, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintaining accurate records of interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to resolve issues.
  • Enhancing customer experience by providing correct information and guidance.
  • Supporting the implementation of customer service strategies.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognized institution.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 1 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Hospital
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Prior experience in customer service preferred.
  • Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and time-bound environment.
