Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions for diverse clients.
• Develop and implement tailored, confidential treatment plans using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT, NLP, client-centered therapy, and trauma-focused approaches.
• Provide high-quality, confidential, and empathetic counseling sessions via online therapy sessions and, when required by client needs, physically present at our office.
• Maintain accurate and detailed client records, ensuring strict adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality policies.
• Collaborate with the MindSupports team on potential workshops or awareness sessions if opportunities arise.
• Comply with the MindSupports requirements and align with authority instructions by keeping an open mind for professional growth.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education:
   Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Clinical Psychology from a recognized institution with a strong academic record, along with internship records from reputable psychological/medical institutions.
• Licensing/Certification:
   Must be a qualified and licensed mental health professional, certified to practice clinical psychology in Bangladesh or on global platform.
• Experience:
   A minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in psychotherapy/counseling, preferably in a clinical or organizational setting.
• Skills:
• Superior communication skills in both English and Bangla (oral and written).
• Strong empathy, observation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to handle stressful or sensitive situations with professionalism and patience.
• Proficiency in using virtual communication platforms (e.g., Zoom, Meet) and maintaining digital records.
• Strong grasp in therapeutic techniques and counseling approaches.
