Position Overview

We are looking for a
Video Editor (Reels Specialist)
who can produce
6–10 high-quality short-form videos (Reels/Shorts/TikTok-style content) daily
. The ideal candidate will be creative, quick, and adaptable, with the ability to use
any editing tools
—whether Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or After Effects—to craft engaging, scroll-stopping content for social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit and produce
    6–10 short-form videos per day
    for platforms such as Instagram Reels, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Adapt brand guidelines and campaign briefs into engaging visual stories.
  • Add music, captions, motion graphics, transitions, and effects to maximize viewer retention.
  • Repurpose longer videos (TVCs, interviews, event footage) into short highlights.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and the social media team to align outputs with campaign goals.
  • Stay updated on the
    latest social media trends, transitions, and editing styles
    to keep content fresh and viral-ready.
  • Deliver edits under strict deadlines while maintaining quality and consistency.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum
    2+ years of video editing experience
    (agency or social media content preferred).
  • Proficiency in
    Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or other mobile/desktop editing apps
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    social media content trends, viral formats, and audience engagement tactics
    .
  • Ability to manage high-volume editing workloads while meeting deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling ability in short formats.
  • Familiarity with SEO-driven content, hashtags, and platform-specific best practices is a plus.
