  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain professional relationships.
  • Accurately record customer service information in the system.

Educational Requirements

  • HSC
  • Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

  • At most 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Battery, Storage cell,Call Center
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Language Skills:

  • English: Excellent proficiency in speaking and writing English fluently.
  • Bengali: Must be able to communicate clearly in Bengali.

Skills & Requirements

  • Proficient in computer operation (especially MS Office).
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a team.
