Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and submit petty cash files with proper documentation
- Update all petty cash expenses in the Yida panel with necessary approvals
- Coordinate approvals with relevant departments
- Maintain and update police case tracking files
- Provide emergency cash support for police-related issues
- Coordinate with teams to identify responsibilities and closed cases
- Submit weekly and monthly provision reports
- Generate department-wise van usage and headcount reports
- Compile and submit monthly fuel consumption reports
- Validate monthly salary data for drivers/staff
- Submit OT, Retention, KPI, and food allowance data
- Provide explanations for any discrepancies in data
- Raise driver requisitions and process resignations as per approved headcount
- Coordinate salary deductions related to police cases, accidents, or faults
- Raise Purchase Requests (PR) as per operational needs
- Complete Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) after delivery
- Follow up with Procurement and Accounts teams to ensure timely vendor payments
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 - 4 years of experience in Logistics, Transportation, Distribution, Supply Chain or related field.
- Strong leadership, team coordination and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Procurement systems (e.g., Yida Panel)
- Basic understanding of finance procedures
- Ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
