Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and submit petty cash files with proper documentation
  • Update all petty cash expenses in the Yida panel with necessary approvals
  • Coordinate approvals with relevant departments
  • Maintain and update police case tracking files
  • Provide emergency cash support for police-related issues
  • Coordinate with teams to identify responsibilities and closed cases
  • Submit weekly and monthly provision reports
  • Generate department-wise van usage and headcount reports
  • Compile and submit monthly fuel consumption reports
  • Validate monthly salary data for drivers/staff
  • Submit OT, Retention, KPI, and food allowance data
  • Provide explanations for any discrepancies in data
  • Raise driver requisitions and process resignations as per approved headcount
  • Coordinate salary deductions related to police cases, accidents, or faults
  • Raise Purchase Requests (PR) as per operational needs
  • Complete Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) after delivery
  • Follow up with Procurement and Accounts teams to ensure timely vendor payments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 - 4 years of experience in Logistics, Transportation, Distribution, Supply Chain or related field.
  • Strong leadership, team coordination and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Procurement systems (e.g., Yida Panel)
  • Basic understanding of finance procedures
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
