Your Role
As Chef de Partie – Cold Kitchen, you will take responsibility for all aspects of the cold kitchen, ensuring presentation, quality, and consistency meet
IHG and Crowne Plaza brand standards
. You will work closely with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef to create exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, plate, and present cold dishes, salads, appetizers, terrines, and pâtés to brand standards
Maintain proper storage, handling, and rotation of ingredients to ensure freshness and hygiene
Assist in menu development and seasonal dish planning for cold kitchen offerings
Collaborate with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery
Monitor inventory, minimize waste, and contribute to cost control initiatives
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards
Support pre-opening activities including setup of cold kitchen, staff training, and SOP implementation
What We Are Looking For
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in cold kitchen or Garde Manger, preferably in hotels or fine dining
Strong knowledge of preparation techniques, food safety, and presentation standards
Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality culinary experiences
Team player with good communication and organizational skills
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Proficiency in Bangla and basic English preferred
