Galaxy Group is one of Bangladesh`s most reputed business conglomerates, operating across diverse industries. We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and tech-savvy Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our team.
Job Description / Responsibility
1. Social Media & Campaign Management
Manage and monitor social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn) of 15+ business units.·
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (especially on Meta platforms).·
Develop content calendars and ensure timely publishing of engaging posts.·
Analyze performance metrics and prepare performance reports.
2. Graphics & Creative Design
Develop marketing collateral: logos, letterheads, envelopes, brochures, posters, gift boxes, t-shirts, mock-ups, and all trade marketing materials.·
Design digital banners, event creatives, exhibition stall visuals, and promotional items.
3. Animation & Video Content
Create short animation videos for commercial promotions.·
Edit and produce videos for social media and internal teams.·
Coordinate video shoots and post-production when necessary.
4. Website Management & SEO
Maintain, update, and enhance websites/webpages of all business units.·
Create new pages for upcoming businesses and manage CMS.·
Ensure effective SEO implementation and conduct regular performance audits.·
Manage hosting, domain, and troubleshoot website issues.
5. Event Coordination & Vendor Liaison
Act as project manager for internal and external events (fairs, launches, seminars).·
Coordinate with event management vendors and printers.·
Develop and supply print-ready creative materials for vendors.
6. Web & Campaign Analytics
Conduct regular web and ad performance analytics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.·
Provide insights and recommendations for improvenent.
7. Branding & Visual Identity
Ensure consistent branding across all online and offline platforms.
Develop branding guides and visual assets for internal teams.
8. Editing & Support Work
Edit images, videos, and documents as required.·
Support other departments with digital content creation and visual assets.
9. Other Digital Marketing Tasks
Take ownership of any other digital marketing needs as required by the company.
Educational Requirements
Master of Commerce (MCom) in Marketing
Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Marketing
Skills Required: Digital Marketing (Social Media Marketing), Creative Thinking
Experience Requirements
2 to 5 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies,Airline,Group of Companies,Travel Startup
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)·
Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)·
Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Tag Manager, Search Console·
Video editing and animation tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Canva Pro, Final Cut, etc.)·
Basic to intermediate understanding of HTML/CSS
Soft Skills:
Digitally fluent & tech-savvy·
Creative and detail-oriented·
Strong communication and coordination ability·
Capable of handling multiple projects independently·
Team player with a solution-oriented mindset
