Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Frontend Developer
to lead the development of modern, high-performance user interfaces using
ReactJS and
. This is a key onsite role that requires strong frontend expertise, architectural thinking, and the ability to
translate UI/UX designs into clean, pixel-perfect, production-ready code
.

As a member of the team, you will collaborate closely with product managers, backend engineers, and designers to craft intuitive and responsive user experiences across enterprise-grade platforms.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional experience in full stack web development.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in
    ReactJS and
  • Proven experience converting
    Figma / Adobe XD designs into responsive, production-ready UI
  • Solid understanding of
    SSR, CSR, and modern rendering strategies
  • Excellent knowledge of
    JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, SCSS
    , and responsive design principles
  • Strong understanding of
    UI/UX fundamentals
    , spacing, typography, color systems, and layout consistency
  • Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, or similar)
  • Solid grasp of
    Git
    and CI/CD workflows
  • Experience integrating
    RESTful APIs
  • Ability to build performant, accessible, and scalable frontend solutions
  • Strong communication skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect, design, and develop dynamic, responsive frontend applications using
    ReactJS and
  • Convert
    Figma / Adobe XD designs into high-quality, reusable frontend code
    with pixel-perfect accuracy
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure design feasibility, consistency, and usability
  • Build and maintain applications leveraging
    SPA and SSR
    principles
  • Integrate frontend applications with backend services via
    RESTful APIs
  • Ensure high code quality through code reviews, best practices, and performance optimization
  • Design and maintain reusable component libraries and scalable frontend architecture
  • Optimize applications for performance, accessibility (WCAG standards), and SEO
  • Stay up to date with emerging frontend technologies and industry best practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with
    TypeScript
  • Familiarity with modern frontend tooling (Vite, Webpack, Babel)
  • Experience working closely with designers and design systems
  • Knowledge of
    design systems
    and component-driven development
  • Experience working in
    Agile/Scrum
    environments
  • Exposure to testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)
