Job Description / Responsibility
ACI Marine & Riverine Technologies Limited is seeking a
Service Engineer – Electrical
who will be responsible for providing end-to-end technical service support for
DAMEN dredgers, work boats, tug boats, and other marine vessels
. The role focuses on troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, commissioning, and compliance with manufacturer service standards, while closely coordinating with customers, principals, and internal teams to ensure high-quality after-sales service and timely service delivery.
)
Major Job Responsibilities are -
- Perform all types of DAMEN service activities for Dredgers, Work Boats, Tug Boats, and other DAMEN vessels.
- Conduct troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, automation, and hydraulic systems.
- Visit existing DAMEN customers for service support.
- Identify and acquire new service opportunities from potential clients.
- Prepare detailed service reports after completion of work.
- Submit reports to clients and coordinate internally for service billing.
- Assist in preparing service invoices and follow up on bill collection.
- Provide hands-on support for DAMEN dredgers and related marine equipment.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and service protocols.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
- Diploma in Electrical
- B. Sc. /Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from reputed institution.
- Skills Required: Presentation skill, Selling skill, communication and interpersonal skill., Analytical Skill
Experience Requirements
- At least 4 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Manufacturing (FMCG),Wholesale,Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances,Group of Companies,Chemical Industries,Automobile,Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.)
