Position Overview

We are seeking a
dynamic Industrial Sales Professional
with 1
–3 years of proven B2B sales experience
in industrial automation, hardware, software, or system integration.

Experience in
government tenders, e-GP, procurement
, and an
existing client base
is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and convert opportunities in
    Oil & Gas, Power, EPC, Manufacturing, and Govt. projects
    .
  • Promote industrial hardware, automation systems, IoT monitoring, and licensed software solutions.
  • Handle tender submissions, documentation, BOQs, and compliance requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with engineers, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
  • Work closely with internal teams to achieve quarterly revenue targets.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of
    industrial products, automation, sensors, PLC/SCADA, and hardware solutions
    .
  • Proven ability in
    B2B/industrial sales
    and government procurement.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in
    Engineering
    (CSE/EEE/Mechanical or related).
  • MBA in Marketing/Sales
    is a plus.
  • 1–3 years
    of industrial or technical solution selling experience.
