Job Description / Responsibility
Baby, Cosmetics & Fashion Product Sourcing Expert (E-commerce)
Job Responsibilities
Product Sourcing & Vendor Management
- Source baby care, cosmetics, skincare, personal care, and fashion-related products suitable for e-commerce
- Identify and onboard reliable manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, and brand partners
- Ensure product quality, safety standards, packaging, and authenticity
- Negotiate pricing, MOQ, supply capacity, and delivery timelines
Category & Market Research
- Research market trends, customer demand, and competitor offerings in baby, cosmetics, and fashion categories
- Identify new, trending, and high-potential products for online sales
- Analyze product cost, margin, and pricing feasibility
Collaboration with Marketing & Operations
- Work closely with the marketing team to support product launches, campaigns, and promotions
- Assist in product positioning, pricing strategy, and content requirements
- Coordinate with inventory and operations teams to ensure product availability and smooth fulfillment
Quality, Compliance & Brand Alignment
- Ensure baby and cosmetic products meet required safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Maintain proper documentation related to sourcing and suppliers
- Monitor supplier performance and product consistency
Reporting & Performance Improvement
- Prepare sourcing reports and product performance analysis
- Continuously improve sourcing efficiency, cost optimization, and category growth
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Skills Required: Marketing for Beauty and Cosmetics Industry
Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
