Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sub-Assistant / Assistant Engineer located in Gazipur Sadar Upazila. The Sub-Assistant / Assistant Engineer will be responsible for daily tasks such as maintaining and troubleshooting machinery, ensuring production processes are efficient, conducting regular inspections, and adhering to safety protocols. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the engineering and production teams to identify areas for improvement and implementing engineering projects.
Qualifications
- Experience in machinery maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
- Knowledge of production processes and efficiency enhancement techniques
- Proficiency in conducting regular inspections and adhering to safety protocols
- Ability to collaborate with engineering and production teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and project implementation experience
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering or a related field
- Experience in a manufacturing or textiles environment is a plus
