The Head of Operations
of the fine dining establishment, will oversee daily operations to ensure seamless coordination between the Front of the House and Back of the House. This role involves maintaining superior service standards, optimizing staffing levels, and driving customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery and conflict resolution. The manager will also be responsible for achieving revenue, profitability, and quality goals, conducting profit-loss analysis, and collaborating with financial and operations teams to enhance financial performance. Additionally, the role includes monitoring product quality, managing inventory, implementing marketing initiatives, and developing new business opportunities to expand the restaurant's reach.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth coordination between Front of the House and Back of the House. Simultaneously, conduct manpower planning and oversee hiring to maintain optimal staffing levels.
• Uphold superior service standards of Hongbao, maximizing customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery, on-time order fulfillment, and conflict resolution. Continuously improve service culture to enhance guest retention.
• Maintain revenue, profitability, and quality goals, overseeing production, productivity, and customer service excellence. Conduct profit-loss analysis and work closely with the financial and operations teams to optimize financial performance.
• Lead by example during busy periods, maintaining a positive work environment and motivating staff of Hongbao. Implement mid-management pipelines to nurture talent and drive growth.
• Monitor product quality, research new vendors, and oversee inventory management and logistics to meet operational needs.
• Implement space management strategies to optimize restaurant layout and functionality.
• Organize and supervise shifts, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and adherence to sanitation regulations.
• Implement marketing initiatives and develop new business opportunities to expand the restaurant's reach.
• Appraise staff performance and provide constructive feedback to improve productivity and service culture.
• Implement protocols for conflict management and ensure a harmonious work environment.
• Estimate future resource needs and manage operational costs effectively, identifying opportunities to reduce waste and enhance profitability.
• Generate detailed reports on financial performance, tracking revenues and expenses on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis and use insights to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
• Devise strategies to broaden the Hongbao's audience reach, including discounts, social media ads, and community events.
• Enhance guest retention through personalized service and loyalty programs.
• Conduct training sessions for new and existing employees on proper customer service practices, hygiene standards, and operational protocols.

Education:

• Graduation in Business Administration/Hotel Management
• Professional qualification in related field is preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
