Job Overview

We are looking for a
motivated and confident appointment setter
to contact potential clients over the phone and set appointments for our sales team. No previous experience is required — we'll provide full training. You just need good communication skills, a positive attitude, and eagerness to learn about the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound phone calls to potential leads and clients.
  • Explain Cloud Gen's services clearly and professionally.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales or technical team.
  • Keep records of calls, leads, and meeting schedules.
  • Follow up with interested clients through phone, SMS, or WhatsApp.
  • Maintain a polite, confident, and professional tone in every conversation.
