General Manager - Sales & Marketing

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Monitor and supervise marketing & sales team and lead a group of Marketing Professional and set their objective according Company Objective.
  • Having knowledge of substation equipment (Transformer, LT Panel HT panel, PFI, generator & others electro mechanical equipment's.
  • Set up the marketing planning, roadmap the marketing sourcing of prospective industrial & residential customers for complete substation, substation equipments, solar, generator, BBT etc.
  • Must have to achieve sales target given by the Management.
  • Smart, Presentable & Energetic and confident enough to represent company and its products and services.
  • To follow up quotation to the management of the customer's company.
  • Work support mentality for the emergency situations.
  • Maintaining Sound and sober relationship with concerned responsible person.
  • Communicate with Sales Team in terms of offering proposals or information requests from customers.
  • Coordinate with the project team for the implementation of the construction schedule.
  • Explore and develop new business opportunities.
  • Plan periodical visits to the Corporate Clients and Develop New Buyer.
  • Any others Professional responsibilities as assigned by the management time to time as when required

Educational Requirements

  • Masters in Engineering (MEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
  • Skills Required: Sales & Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Corporate Sales, Substation, Team Management and leadership, Smart and Dynamic

Experience Requirements

  • 15 to 20 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
