Asst. Manger -IT & Developer

Job Description / Responsibility

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET MVC 5, C#, Entity Framework, Web API, core, dapper and SQL Server, MySQL & PHP
• Develop and maintain modules for Hospital Management, Medical College Management, HR-Payroll and other internal systems.
• Create and optimize database structures, stored procedures, and queries.
• Work with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, JSON, XML, and Data tables to develop dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
• Integrate and generate reports using RDLC and Crystal Reports.
• Follow agile and ensure code quality, documentation, and testing.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather requirements and deliver customized solutions.
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.
• Meeting with development managers to discuss the scope of software project.
• Writing and implementing, clean, scalable code.
• Maintaining software code and security system.
• Follow up Hardware, Network and server system.
• Work with windows form

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science- Software Engineering,
• Master's degree will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

• At least 7 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• NGO,Garments,Hospital,Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies,Group of Companies,Inventory/Warehouse

Additional Requirements

• 7 to 10 year(s) of professional experience in ASP.NET & PHP development.
• Proficient in PHP and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Practical knowledge of AJAX, JSON, XML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Hands-on experience with database design and writing SQL queries.
• Good understanding of advanced SQL features (Triggers, Functions, Indexing, and Partitioning).
• Previous experience in Hospital Management Systems or Medical Institute Systems will be considered an advantage.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
