Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Executive, located in Dhaka. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, conducting market research, planning and executing sales initiatives, and building strong customer relationships. The role requires close collaboration with various teams to ensure alignment with the company's goals and values while driving growth and meeting client needs.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to analyze trends and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
  • Experience and expertise in Sales and Marketing functions to drive business growth and achieve targets
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Familiarity with sustainable and creative design-focused industries is a plus
  • Experience using digital marketing tools or platforms is an added advantage
