About The Role

We are looking for a skilled Frontend Engineer with a strong foundation in HTML, CSS/SCSS, and responsive web design to take full ownership of the front-end structure and visual styling of an enterprise-grade web application. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to create user interfaces that are visually appealing, highly functional, and intuitive for complex use cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain visual assets for web and mobile apps using Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Figma, and Sketch.
  • Own and drive the HTML/CSS/SCSS implementation across the entire application.
  • Collaborate with the Lead Frontend Engineer while taking full ownership of all html, styles, and visual assets for the Angular project, including the creation and maintenance of the design component library.
  • Work closely with frontend engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.

  • Maintain consistency in UI design across different modules and platforms.

  • Ensure all designs meet accessibility, responsiveness, and usability standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile sprints to define and refine user stories and design requirements.
  • Participate in design reviews, provide feedback to peers, and iterate on designs based on user and stakeholder input.
Skills & Qualifications
  • 3 years of experience in UI/UX Design for enterprise-grade web applications.
  • Strong hands-on skills in HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, Bootstrap 5, Angular Material (is a plus).
  • Working knowledge of Angular 15 (preferably Angular 18) with the ability to structure templates and components effectively is a plus.
  • Experience using Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and/or Photoshop for creating wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and visual assets.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and cross-platform best practices.
  • Familiarity with Visual Studio Code, Git-based version control, and working in a component-driven design process.
  • Strong design sense with an eye for detail, alignment, color, and usability in a military or formal enterprise setting.
