Accounts & Finance Departmental Head

Requirements

• At least 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Architecture Firm, Real Estate, Developer

Responsibilities & Context

• Auditing, Preparing Financial forecast, Budgeting & Fund Distribution, Yearly financial analysis.

• Drive the Company's financial planning.

• Perform risk management by analyzing the organization's liabilities and investments.

• Develop investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks.

• Develop & implement policies and procedures for accounting, internal control, financial planning and reporting.

• Take initiative for improving operational efficiencies, controlling overheads and optimizing working capital.

• Ensure adequate cash flow to meet the organization's needs.

• Support the management in arriving at profitability analysis, product pricing, project costing, budgeting, MIS etc.

• Develop and maintain working relationships with Bankers, Auditors and regulatory agencies specially Tax & VAT authority.

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, half yearly & statutory accounts report.

• Submit report to the management of Annual Business Plan and Reviews.

• Ensure compliance with the law and company's policies.

• Any other task assigned by the Management related to role.

Experience

• At least 8 years

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Real Estate, Group of Companies

Additional Requirements

• Age 35 to 45 years

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Extensive knowledge of financial and tax regulations in Bangladesh.

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Proven experience in strategic planning, financial analysis, and corporate finance.

• Proficiency in financial management software (Eg. Tally, SAP, Odoo, Quickbooks)

Skills & Expertise

Proficient in MS Office Applications. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Able to multitask.
