Role Description
We're looking for a confident, strategic
Outreach Caller
to connect with carefully analyzed B2B leads —
no random cold lists.
You'll be reaching out to businesses that already show strong digital growth potential.
You'll Receive:
- Pre-vetted client lists with contact details
- A flexible script format to adapt during calls
- Tailored 3-slide after-call pdf for each lead
Your goal:
Deliver an engaging pitch and close the deal.
If a deeper discussion is needed, you can schedule a follow-up with our project manager.
Qualifications
- Strong communication & relationship-building skills
- Proven outbound calling and lead-tracking experience
- Familiarity with digital marketing, content, or creative services
Requirements
- 1+ years in B2B telesales or client outreach (preferably in digital marketing, creative, or tech industries)
- Confident, natural communication & persuasion skills
- Familiar with digital marketing and content quality principles
- Clear microphone, quiet environment, reliable internet connection & professional call setup
Responsibilities
- Call and engage potential clients
- Deliver short, structured pitches (3-8 minutes per call)
- Send follow-up slides and materials right after calls
- Book appointments or close directly when possible
- Maintain call records and feedback notes
Schedule
Flexible within these slots —
10:00–13:00
and
17:00–22:00(GMT+6)
Roughly
2 hours/day, 3 days per week
Compensation
৳4,000/month
base pay
+12% commission
per successful client (after payment received)
+7% commission
on returning clients
