About The Role
The primary purpose of this role is to assist the project construction supervision of electrical items.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct social screenings and assist in preparing Resettlement Action Plans
- Engage with local communities to address grievances and ensure inclusivity
- Support gender-based initiatives and community mobilization efforts
Key Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Science or related field
- At least 5 years of experience, including 3 years in community engagement
- Conduct social screenings, surveys, and community consultations for project activities
- Assist in preparing Resettlement Action Plans (RAP) in compliance with national and donor requirements
- Facilitate grievance redress processes and ensure timely resolution of community concerns
- Support gender-based initiatives and promote inclusion of vulnerable groups
- Build strong relationships with local communities and stakeholders through effective engagement
- Prepare reports and documentation to support social safeguard compliance and project delivery
