Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for an Assistant Manager, located in Faridpur. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, coordinate with various departments, and ensure smooth workflow and productivity. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, implementing company policies, handling customer inquiries, and addressing any operational issues promptly. The Assistant Manager will also assist in inventory management, financial reporting, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Knowledge in inventory management and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to work effectively on-site in Faridpur
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the oil and gas industry is an advantage
