Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Issue Resolution Associate / Sr. Associate at our Dhaka head-office. The role involves addressing and resolving merchants inquiries and complaints, collaborating with relevant departments to ensure swift solutions, and maintaining accurate records of issue resolution processes. The specialist will analyze patterns in customer issues, implement proactive measures to address recurring problems, and provide excellent customer support consistently.

Qualifications

  • Must have experience in similar role 1+ year
  • Strong Analytical and Claims Resolution skills to identify and resolve merchant issues & operational challanges efficiently
  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills for effective interaction with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Basic understanding of Finance principles to address billing or payment-related queries
  • Proactive problem-solving ability and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
