Job Description:
We seek a results-driven Analyst who will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the company's financial integrity and driving informed decision-making. This position is critical to maintaining accurate and transparent financial records, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements, and optimizing financial processes. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the company's accounting operations, budget management, and performance analysis, while ensuring the precise and timely handling of EMI (Equated Monthly Installment) transactions in close collaboration with our banking partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full accountability for daily accounting operations (refund processing), ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with corporate policies and statutory regulations.
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes to deliver complete and timely financial statements that support executive decision-making.
- Develop, manage, and track the annual budget/reports, proactively identifying variances and implementing corrective measures to safeguard financial targets.
- Oversee accounts payable, invoicing, and EMI settlement processes, ensuring timely reconciliation and maintaining strong relationships with banking partners to resolve discrepancies.
- Perform in-depth reconciliations of balance sheet accounts and validate journal entries to maintain financial integrity.
- Deliver clear, actionable financial reports and performance insights to senior leadership, enabling data-driven strategies.
- Ensure all VAT, TAX, and statutory reporting obligations are met in a timely and compliant manner.
- Strengthen internal controls, streamline financial processes, and drive continuous improvements across the finance function.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align financial operations with overall business objectives.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or professional certification
- Minimum 4 years of progressive working experience in accounting, or finance roles.
- Proven expertise in corporate accounting and financial management within multinational or large-scale organizations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
- Experience working with ERP and accounting systems.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on accuracy and risk mitigation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and commitment to meeting deadlines.
