About Us

CloudTech Bookkeeping is a USA-based accounting BPO firm providing bookkeeping and accounting services to clients across the globe. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with international clients (USA, Canada, UK) and gain global exposure while advancing your professional career in accounting.

Office Hours:

Saturday to Thursday | 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Office Job – Do not apply if you are seeking a remote position)

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and well-organized financial records for international clients.
  • Record and categorize financial transactions accurately and on time.
  • Perform regular bank and ledger reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable efficiently.
  • Review accounting entries and workflows to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Communicate professionally and confidently with international clients in fluent English.
  • Assist in presenting and explaining accounting services to foreign clients when required.
  • Stay updated on basic international accounting standards and industry practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum
    1 year of hands-on experience as an Accountant
    (mandatory).
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, BBA, or a related discipline.
  • Preference will be given to graduates from reputed universities.
  • Partially completed CMA, ACCA, or CA will be highly preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be fluent in spoken and written English (IELTS certification is a plus).
  • Experience with any accounting software will be an advantage (training will be provided if needed).
  • Only Bangladeshi candidates are eligible to apply.

Experience

  • At least
    1 year of direct accounting experience
    is mandatory.
