Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented, and proactive
Content & Strategy Executive
to join our marketing team. This person must be skilled in
script writing, caption writing, content planning, reporting, and EdTech marketing
— especially in study abroad, IELTS/PTE/spoken English promotions, and language training content.

This role requires someone who understands what students want, how to communicate value, and how to turn content into conversions (leads + admissions).

Key Responsibilities:1. Scriptwriting & Creative Content

  • Write compelling
    video scripts
    for social media (FB, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Create storytelling content for study abroad, student success stories, IELTS/PTE tips, campus life, country guides, etc.
  • Develop scripts for
    ads, reels, testimonials, explainer videos, and promotional campaigns
    .

2. Caption & Copywriting

  • Write powerful
    captions and marketing copy
    for all digital platforms.
  • Produce engaging, clear, and conversion-focused content.
  • Maintain brand tone and consistency across languages (English, Bangla).

3. Content Planning & Campaign Strategy

  • Plan monthly
    content calendars
    for study abroad + language programs.
  • Strategize content for countries like UK, USA, Canada, Malaysia, Korea, Japan, Australia, Europe, etc.
  • Plan thematic campaigns for IELTS, PTE, Spoken English, language courses, seminars, fairs, and admission seasons.
  • Work closely with graphic designers & video editors to execute creative ideas.

4. Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare
    weekly & monthly performance reports
    on:
  • Leads generated
  • Campaign engagement
  • Content performance
  • Growth metrics
  • Track competitor content and industry trends.
  • Suggest improvements based on data-driven insights.

5. Team Collaboration

  • Coordinate with:
  • Digital marketing team
  • Counselors
  • Graphic designers
  • Video team
  • Ensure marketing content supports the sales funnel and increases admissions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Marketing, English, Media & Communication, Journalism, or similar
    .
  • 2–4 years of experience
    in content creation or EdTech/education marketing preferred.
  • Experience in
    study abroad industry or IELTS/PTE coaching centers
    is a big advantage.
  • Strong English writing skills (scriptwriting level).
  • Understanding of digital platforms and student-focused content.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent command of English (Bangla fluency is a bonus)
  • Strong storytelling and creative thinking
  • Ability to create viral, student-friendly content
  • Good understanding of study abroad processes
  • Familiarity with IELTS/PTE/spoken English topics
  • Attention to detail + ability to meet deadlines
  • Proactive, energetic, and teamwork-oriented
